How do I remove a background from a picture?

Upload the picture to the background remover, wait a few seconds and download the transparent PNG.

Does it work on hair and fur?

Yes. It handles soft edges like hair and fur far better than a simple color threshold. Very fine wisps can still need a touch-up.

Can I replace the background instead?

Yes. Use the cut-out as a reference in Image Studio and describe the new scene, or use the product photoshoot app.

Is there a free version?

The free image generator makes 5 images with FLUX.2 Klein without an account. Everything else uses credits from a plan. Plans start at $10 a month for 100 credits ($8 a month billed yearly), and the exact cost of every generation shows on the Generate button before you run it. Failed generations are refunded automatically.
