Yes. The review is free; applying its fixes to make a new version costs credits, shown before you run it.

Can I make vertical video?

Yes. Every video model supports 9:16.

How much does it cost?

Plans start at $10 a month for 100 credits ($8 a month billed yearly), and the exact cost of every generation shows on the Generate button before you run it. Failed generations are refunded automatically.
